End brushes filled with abrasive nylon filaments are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of hole, as well as other cleaning and polishing operations in industrial environment. These brushes can be directly installed on portable power tools or CNC machining centers.
Abrasive filaments are available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, ceramics or diamond.
Standard abrasive grit includes 120, 180, 240, 360.
Steel or stainless steel shank.
Brush part and shank can be custom made based on different applications.

1, High density and durable silicon carbide abrasive nylon filament has good polishing and deburring function. There are Chinese abrasive nylon filaments and import abrasive nylon filaments for your option. Grit can be offered with standard size and non-standard size.
2, Strong steel shank can be directly mounted on power tools or CNC machining center. Shank dimension and length can be custom made for your tools. Stainless steel shank can be replaced.
